A few weeks ago, our skaters had the opportunity to participate in a seminar with Canadian Olympic Ice Dancers Piper Gilles and Paul Poirier. The day consisted of on ice sessions led by Piper and Paul, off-ice classes in movement and theatre taught by Cirque du Soleil artist Nobahar Dadui, and a keynote lunch Q&A with Piper and Paul.

We are so grateful to Piper and Paul as well as Nobahar for sharing their expertise and inspiring our skaters. SCBC would also like to give a big shout-out to the board members who gave their time to ensure the day ran smoothly from start to finish.
