Saturday Seminars Week 4 & 5

We hope everyone has been enjoying the online fitness classes with Maysie so far and the few Saturday Seminar. It’s been great to see so many familiar smiling faces!

Week 4: Saturday, May 23rd
This week we are excited to continue with our Saturday Seminar series welcoming back Alex Woodwark who will be teaching another fun hip hop dance class.

This class is designed to get skaters moving to music and learning new ways to express confidence and personality.

Bronze and Silver session skaters: 11:30am – 12:30pm
Gold, Platinum and Dance session skaters: 12:45 – 1:45pm

Week 5: Saturday, May 30th 

On Saturday, May 30th we are pleased to be offering a Pilates class taught by Brittany-Brie D’Amico.

 

Brittany Brie has an incredible passion and love for movement. She has studied dance for over 20 years, and currently teaches pilates and reformer classes in York Region. Her passion, experience and love for helping others have inspired her to develop classes that will challenge and motivate you to move. Her main goal as an instructor is to provide you with the knowledge and confidence to move your body, all while having a smile on your face.

**Please have yoga mat or comfortable area to lie down on.

Bronze and Silver session skaters: 11:30am – 12:30pm
Gold, Platinum and Dance session skaters: 12:45 – 1:45pm

There is no additional charge for these sessions or any registration required. Skaters must simply log in each day to join the session.
We recommend you have a square space that is at least 7 feet by 7 feet, so that you can move around freely and not have to worry about bumping into anything. Please ensure you have a reliable wifi connection in this area. Minors should be accompanied by an parent/guardian who can hear and see the class. There will always be an additional adult on the call with the Saturday instructors.
Skaters are asked to wear comfortable athletic clothing that you can move freely in with running shoes. For the Pilates class please have a yoga mat. Make sure you are drinking plenty of water!
